What is World IP Forum (WIPF)?

World IP Forum (WIPF) is an annual conference on Intellectual Property organized by Intellectual Professionals LLP. It is mainly dedicated for knowledge sharing and it is a platform for accumulation of the biggest IP honchos under a single roof where they can spread knowledge and share blossoming ideas for future inception.

What is the objective of the conference?

The main objective of the conference is to unite all the IP experts under one roof so that they can exchange their ideas and years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property.

What is the theme of the next conference?

The theme of the next conference is "Navigating the IP Compass".

When and where the next World IP Forum is scheduled?

The next World IP Forum is scheduled from 16th - 18th January, 2018 at Hotel Raffles - Dubai, UAE.

What is the format of the conference?

The entire conference is designed in an interactive Panel Discussion format.

What are the topics?

What opportunity exists for business networking?

There is an ample opportunity for business networking with the visionary entrepreneurs and industry experts. The best time of networking is during the lunch time and the refreshment breaks. Speakers can also hold 1-to-1 meeting in a separate place as we have a special arrangement for that. (*Condition apply)

What is the fee to attend the conference?

There is No registration fee for the WIPF conferences as only WIPF members can attend any of the conference within their membership period.

What do the membership fee includes?

There are three (3) type of annual membership i.e. Economy, Prime & Premium. Benefits in each category differs from the other. Please visit the Buy Membership Page to know more. 

What is my enrollment number? How do I get it?

When you get registered, we shall send you the invoice through an email. The invoice number will be your enrollment number.

Is there a special fee for state/local government employees?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any special fee for state or local government employees. Standard Fee shall apply to all.

Can I pay for the membership fee during the conference?

No, we do not accept any cash or offer spot membership during the conference. On-site/Walk-in registrations will not be allowed in any case. Hence we request you to register in advance.

When can I get the receipt for the membership fee?

We shall send you the invoice copy of the membership fee within 7 working days through email after receiving full payment.

What is the period of Membership?

All membership is on annual basis which is valid from April to March each year. Every member has to renew their membership after 31st March.

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my membership?

All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits available. However, Substitutions/Change in Name of the members may be made in writing at no charge/fee.

Will I get a Certificate of Participation?

Yes, you will get the Certificate of Participation after the conference via Email. Please ensure to contact Jeet Agarwal for receiving your certificate.

What is the payment procedure for my membership fee?

We prefer to accept Wire Remittance/Transfer through banks. However you can also use your Credit Card(s) on our online payment gateway.

Can I transfer or send someone else in my place to attend the conference?

In case, the member is unable to attend the forum then on prior approval you may transfer your membership to someone else of your own company.

How can I become a speaker?

Speakers are invited by the organizers. If you feel you can contribute significantly in the conference, you can mail us at info@worldipforum.com or you can fill the Speaker Registration Form and our team will get back to you soon.

What kind of audio-visual equipment is provided during the conferences?

We make proper audio-visual arrangements during the conference like laptop, projector, microphone and audio system in each meeting rooms.

What is the length of Panel Discussion?

The duration of each panel discussion is of 90 minutes comprising of four (4) panelists and one (1) moderator.

How can I submit the abstract of my presentation for the conference?

You need to send your presentation to Jeet Agarwal at least a month before the conference .

Can I organize a workshop in conjunction with the World IP Forum?

You need to take a prior consent from Jeet Agarwal at jeet@ipllp.in

What time do I have to be at the conference?

It is advised to reach the conference hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the conference. The conference badges & materials will be distributed on Day 1 after 9:00 AM.

Is there any discounted rate for the guests who wishes to stay in the same hotel?

Yes, we always negotiate with the hotel for the discounted rates and exclusive services in which the conference is scheduled. If you wish to book your room in the same hotel then please inform us so that we can share the complete information.

In which language conference will be conducted?

The conference will be conducted in English language only.
