We're looking for distinguished leaders and industry experts who can share their excellent views in World IP Forum (WIPF). If you're interested, please fill out this form with your detailed information and we shall contact you shortly.
Submission of the form does not qualify you as our speaker. Approved speakers will get an intimation mail from organizing committee within 7 working days.
Interested speakers need to fill up the form below. The organizing committee will scrutinize the form and will inform you over email. Approved speakers will have to pay the delegate fee. Kindly note that the confirmation of speaking slot is subject to availability.
Terms of Submission: The presentation should not be a copy/lifted from any other presentation. It must be original and proper sources should be provided while giving any facts and figures.
You should own the copyright of any material you present, or have the permission of the copyright owner to use it. Please confirm in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible that you are willing to give us the right to redistribute slides and recordings. Your talk should not include any material that is confidential, proprietary, personal, or defamatory. Intellectual Professionals LLP reserves the right to edit recordings which do not meet these conditions.
The conference room is equipped with a data projector and audio visual systems. We encourage speakers to bring their own laptop with presentation, if possible. However, we shall also provide a laptop at the podium that includes the presentation file if you have sent it previously. Speakers will have approximately 15-20 minutes for their talk, plus time for questions. It is recommended that 30 slides will be sufficient for a presentation of this duration. Kindly note that the presentations may be seen by an international audience; use diagrams where possible and always spell out acronyms on first use.
Meetings are usually well attended but there are inevitably many members who cannot be present. Therefore, we ask you to provide us with a copy of your slides in Power-point / PDF format before the meeting. We also do the recording and broadcasting talks for the benefit of those unable to attend.
Mode of Presentation: There are two modes of presentations in the conference namely: Oral presentation and PowerPoint presentation. One technical session should have 4-5 speakers, they will be speaking as per the technical session's theme. This will be verified and organized by the Organizing Committee of World IP Forum.
Print-out of the Presentation: Intellectual Professionals LLP will arrange for print-outs of your presentation at the registration desk. Nominal charges Rs. 10 per page shall be charged by way of cash.
Language: The presentation must be in English.
Time: The time for individual presentation should be 15-20 minutes.
Why 20 minutes? Because it works. An audience is good at focusing on one subject at a time in relatively short chunks.
